10 + years as a Toms River local; Alex has been a lover of the culinary arts since childhood. Born and raised in Monmouth County and a Freehold Boro High School graduate; She excelled in her field early on building her eclectic recipe book. With a dream of sharing some of her favorites, the MorningStar Cafe was born.
